the kingship has come to the daughters . . .
And your offspring shall be as [countless as] the dust or sand of the ground, and you shall spread abroad to the west and the east and the north and the south; and by you and your Offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed and bless themselves. Genesis 28:14

DECREE OF DELIVERANCE FOR DIFFICULT CASES
Personal deliverance or salvation and deliverance for a loved one when it seems impossible
Scripture reference: Isaiah 49:24-26 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
24 Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captives of the just be delivered?
25 For thus says the Lord: Even the captives of the mighty will be taken away, and the prey of the terrible will be delivered; for I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will give safety to your children and ease them.
26 And I will make those who oppress you consume themselves [in mutually destructive wars], thus eating their own flesh; and they will be drunk with their own blood, as with sweet wine; and all flesh will know [with a knowledge grounded in personal experience] that I, the Lord, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob. Isaiah 49:24-26 Amplified Bible (AMPC)
This is a powerful scripture. The Lord is letting us know that He has the power to save and deliver even the most hopeless of cases. No matter what it looks like, we have great reason to hope and put our trust in God. One of my favorite scriptures can be found in 1 Samuel 14:6. It is the story where Jonathan and his armor bearer went into the encampment of the Philistine army. It was just the two of them when Jonathan gave his armor bearer these words of encouragement in the face of a mighty army,
Jonathan said to his young armor-bearer, "Come, let's go over to the outpost of those uncircumcised men. Perhaps the LORD will act in our behalf. Nothing can hinder the LORD from saving, whether by many or by few."
Another version says, “…. There is not restraint to God to save by many or by few” In other words, God all by Himself is able to deliver his people from the most powerful of foes.
Paul says in Ephesians 6:12
12 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.
The scripture we are using here as a foundation to this prayer, refers to “the mighty”, some use the word “fierce”. This does not just pertain to human people. It is talking about God’s ability to deliver people from spiritual enemies, demonic strongholds, strongmen and dark forces that oppress the people of God. Some times we come up against a stubborn force that just doesn’t seem to move. Our loved ones have been taken captive and held in bondage by these spiritual tyrants and it seems hopeless. Another scripture to remember here according to David, the Lord delivers us from our enemies that are “powerful and too strong for us”.
Notice how the scripture refers to “lawful captives”. This means that even if we or our loved ones are in bondage to the enemy because of something we did to break the law of God, we are still candidates for deliverance.
